Additional Notes:

Please make sure that pop-ups are enabled. To enable pop-ups, select "Internet Options..." from the "Tools" menu, then select the "Security" tab. Uncheck the "Block pop-ups" box. Also, please make sure that you temporarily disable any other popup blockers that you may have installed.
